Houstonian: Houston Venue

The Houstonian is a gorgeous venue with exquisite traditional decor. For someone looking for a space with classic elegance The Houstonian will provide you with ballrooms, outdoor lawns, and gardens amounting to over 32,000 square feet. By having four differently sized and styled ballrooms this venue allows for a variety of different occasions.Its grand ballroom has impressively large crystal chandeliers which allow every corner of the room to glitter with prestige. This ballroom seats up to 400 with a convenient prefunction area. The Forest is a medium banquet room which can seat up to 280 guests. Hello Texas!!! Let The Adventure Begin......

Let me introduce myself. I'm Samantha, Owner & Lead Planner for Soiréebliss! Events. You may have read some of my tweets or caught a FaceBook post here and there over the past few years. If you have, you will know that blogging has been a nemesis of mine. A little funny considering I am launching a whole new blog. Initially, blogging was very hard for me. Now, it's genuinely fun. I get excited to see what topics readers enjoy the most.

Over the past 10 years, I have planned small, large and REALLY large events. (They do say everything is bigger in Texas.) Anything from a small anniversary party, medium sized wedding to running the stage production for a very large outdoor philanthropic event. It's fair to say, I've seen and planned quite a bit. Yet, I never tire of learning new ideas, locations and ways to which events throughout Texas can be done.

So, that's what this blog is intended to do. I want to share with you all the great ideas, talented event professionals and possibilities there are for events throughout Texas. Anything from Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Galveston and all the small quaint locations in between.
